Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation email is sent (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods (such as major promotions, holidays, or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method, and order weight/volume.
Estimated delivery timeframes generally start after your order has shipped, not from the moment you place your order. Typical timelines may include:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 2–5 business days
Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance (for international orders), and any carrier delays outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number (when tracking is available).
Please allow 24–48 hours after you receive the shipping confirmation for tracking details to begin showing updates on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to many countries and regions around the world. The specific shipping options available to you will depend on your shipping address and will be shown at checkout.
If your country or region does not appear as an option when you check out, please contact our support team so we can let you know whether shipping can be arranged.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, please be aware of the following:

- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
Mofeea is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that is provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is marked as undeliverable, then:
- You may be responsible for any re-shipping fees, and
- Any refunds (if applicable) will typically exclude original shipping costs.
If you realize that you entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Mofeea is generally not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package, we recommend:
- Checking with household members, building management, or neighbors
- Looking around the delivery location (front door, mailbox, reception, etc.)
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly for more detailed information
If you still believe your package is missing, please get in touch with us and we will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier where possible.
Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier or logistics delays
- Severe weather or natural events
- Customs inspections and clearance procedures
- Other unexpected operational disruptions
While we are not liable for delays caused by third parties or external events, we will always do our best to help you track your shipment and provide support.
Returns Related to Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product), return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
