Return & Refund Policy

At Mofeea, we hope you are delighted with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.
Please read the policy below for full details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received
- The item is in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, inserts, and protective materials
- You can provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, worn, altered, or are missing original packaging components.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been opened, worn, washed, or show signs of use
- Products marked as “final sale”, “non-returnable”, or similar wording on the product page
- Gift cards or store credit vouchers
- Complimentary gifts or promotional items received with purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and its packaging
Our team will review your request, and if it is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

When you contact us, please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Relevant photos, if applicable
Returns sent back to us without prior approval may be refused or not processed.
Return Shipping
- Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back.
- Mofeea is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original method of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (timeframes may vary depending on your bank or payment provider)
Please note:
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (for example, a damaged or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We are not able to offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please:
- Submit a return request for the eligible item and wait for the refund to be processed
- Place a new order for the item you want instead
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as processing delays are sometimes outside our control

Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed so that you can receive your items as soon as possible.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as you can.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it.
- If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead need to follow our standard return process once delivered.
