Online Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start preparing orders shortly after they’re placed, so we can’t guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
If you need to update your order, please email support@mofeea.com with your order number as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to assist.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
If you still can’t find the confirmation, contact us at support@mofeea.com with your name and the email address used at checkout so we can confirm your order details.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest.
Creating an account simply makes it easier to:
- View your order history
- Save shipping details for faster checkout
- Track your orders in one place
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods shown at checkout (for example, PayPal, depending on your region).
Available options may vary based on your location and currency.
Do you offer discount codes?
We may run promotions or share discount codes from time to time. Please note:
- Only one discount code can normally be used per order (unless we clearly state otherwise)
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery time will depend on your shipping destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (if available).
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking number for updates to begin showing on the carrier’s website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries and regions worldwide.
If your country doesn’t appear as an option at checkout, please email us at support@mofeea.com and we’ll let you know if we can arrange delivery.
Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees charged by your local customs office.
These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
My order is delayed—what should I do?
Shipping delays can occasionally happen due to:
- Carrier or logistics issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
If your order seems delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you still need help, contact us with your order number at support@mofeea.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
My tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package.
Please:
- Check around your delivery location (front door, mailbox, building reception, etc.)
- Ask people in your household or neighbors if they may have accepted the package
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information
If you still can’t locate your package after these steps, you may also email us at support@mofeea.com and we’ll help where possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags and labels attached
- In original packaging (where applicable)
Some items may be non‑returnable (for example, certain intimates or final‑sale items).

Can I return opened or used items?
To keep our products clean and safe for all customers, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with their original tags and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain categories such as underwear or swimwear may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
If your order arrives with a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mofeea.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and the packaging
We’ll review your request and help you with replacement or another appropriate solution.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return requirements, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
